Car cleaning FAQ Zurich

We do not clean without water, but with very little water (200-300ml per vehicle). Our cleaning agents are water-based and consist of natural ingredients. Therefore, cleaning at SwissGreenLine is always water-saving and environmentally friendly.

At SwissGreenLine we wash your vehicle by hand. This is the most thorough and, at the same time, the most gentle cleaning method for the car paint.

The cleaning time varies depending on the package selected. A complete cleaning (inside and outside) usually takes between 30 and 120 minutes – depending on the degree of contamination and the size of the vehicle. You will be informed of the exact duration of the cleaning by our staff and will be automatically notified by means of a text message when your car is ready.

No – you can continue to shop and pick up your car at the end.

We will be happy to respond to your individual wishes. In principle, we clean everything for which we have the necessary equipment.

Of course, we accept cash and card payments at all locations. (Unfortunately, PostFinance is currently not supported)

Yes – the Poinz app allows you to collect a digital stamp each time you clean. If you have collected 9 stamps, you will receive a free Premium Cleaning.

You can remove your personal items before cleaning, which reduces the cleaning time accordingly. If you come to us spontaneously, we will also be happy to do this for you and store everything in a separate storage box.

This allows us to optimize our cleaning procedures and there are no waiting times. If it is not possible to book in advance, you can of course always come by our location and ask if there is still an available time.

You can hand in your car directly to us at the location, and you do not have to look for a parking space. After selecting your desired cleaning program, we will write down your name and your cell phone number, and notify you by means of a text message when your vehicle has been cleaned.

Yes, we clean your vehicle inside and outside, but we cannot do chassis and engine washing at our sites.
